If you are not satisfied with your Mailbara subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. There are no conditions, exceptions, or qualifiers. We will process your refund promptly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at support@mailbara.com with your account email address. That's all you need to do.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited. Once we approve your refund request, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
Subscription Cancellation
After a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan. Your data (contacts, templates, campaigns) will be preserved and accessible under Free plan limits.
Free Plan
The Mailbara Free plan does not require payment, so no refund applies.
